Commission Order Forms

Thank you for choosing us to bring clothing to life! Please answer the questions on either the Jacket Order Form or the Shoe Order Form to the best of your abilities so that I may bring your vision to life. After payment and completion of form, I will create a mockup before beginning commission on your piece. Variations may occur between the mockup and the custom order – we kindly ask for your understanding.

All custom orders, including painted jackets and shoes, are made to order and hand-painted with care. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Please allow anywhere from several days up to a few weeks before your order is completed and shipped. You will be notified with an estimated completion date upon confirmation of your design. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
